Lia Who?


Lia Koo is an Art Director/Creative Director with over twenty years of experience in the advertising industry. She has worked with iconic brands across many categories – including tech, sports, music, fashion, beauty, food and beverage, and television networks.

Lia started her career in Chicago back in 2003 before moving to New York, where she spent most of her time working at R/GA on Nike and Google. In 2015 Lia moved to London continuing her work at R/GA on Nike for EMEA and Middle East markets. Her work focused on disrupting the training landscape and women’s category across the different regions.

A few years later she returned back to New York to pursue a Group Creative Director role at Virtue (the creative agency by Vice Media), where she led multiple pitch wins and global campaigns. From there she moved to Los Angeles to work at Apple, leading the Apple TV app team. Lia has since moved to Airbnb to launch Airbnb Korea.
